ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Adopting the ISO 9001 Quality Management System allows clients to be sure of every step of production.

Under ISO 9001, all products are subject to technical control before leaving the plant. We have a special inspection office in the plant to ensure that it meets the contractual specifications of our clients.

2- Silica fume By-product Certifications

The German Kiwa Kiva Group is a worldwide leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC). EFACO obtained an accreditation certificate to conform to the specifications of silica fume (EFACO) to the specifications of the European market. Inspection and testing are carried out on all shipments of silica fume exported to the German market, especially regularly. The certificate is renewed annually through visits by Kiva Group to EFACO, to verify the safety of procedures and tests that are carried out on silica fume, as shown by certificates and reports.
