Implementing an environmental sanitation plan that addresses emissions from the operation of the first filter. Integrating continuous self-monitoring of carbon emissions from the gas hold (the first filter) and linking it to the national network for environmental monitoring. This is after Bandeel completed the entire upper part of the first filter and created a chimney by producing a meter above the furnace and installing an environmental monitoring device and connecting it to the national network. Environmental Affairs, with the main cooperation of the Air Quality Department of Environmental Affairs, electronically on 4/25/2021, based on the plan submitted by the company on 7/11/2019.

An environmental sanitation plan was implemented to address the thermal stress in the work environment. The furnace charging cart was developed and modernized and equipped with air-conditioned cabins for the first, second and third furnace. Work is underway to develop the fourth furnace cart. The thermal stress was measured by the Environmental Affairs Agency and the measurements were within the permissible limits.

A supplementary plan was prepared for the environmental sanitation plan and was approved by the Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs in January 2022 and ends in 2025 with the aim of spreading the development to the rest of the furnace filters (the second furnace, the third furnace, and the fourth furnace). Replacement and renewal work has begun with filter No. (2). After completing all the replacement and renewal work for Filter No. (2), development work will begin for Filter No. (3) and Filter No. (4), in implementation of the provisions of the supplementary environmental sanitation plan to reach the requirements and laws of the environment and preserve the external and internal environment.
